    All applications are subject to review and approval by CCARC. Vendors must comply with the Event Eligibility Criteria and Original Work Requirements outlined in the Vendor Information Packet. CCARC reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet these standards. If an application is not approved, any application fee paid will be refunded in full. Submission of an application and payment of the vendor fee do not guarantee acceptance into the event.
